We are currently hiring a People Services Manager based in our Head Office in Burnaby, reporting to the Senior Manager, People Partnerships and Talent Acquisition.
Step into the role of People Services Manager, where you're not just on the sidelines but the driving force behind implementing our People Strategy. As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner with leaders to drive performance, support employee and labour relations, and enhance engagement across your client groups.
You’ll coach leaders, navigate complex people matters, and contribute to key initiatives that support our success as a top employer. Collaboration is central to this role, working across all levels of the organization to deliver meaningful impact.

What you’ll do:
Forge strong partnerships with business leaders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator to support the strategic objectives of client groups.
Provide expert guidance throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and onboarding to performance management, employee and labor relations, and engagement.
Drive leadership development initiatives, coaching and mentoring organizational leaders to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Actively participate in driving and accomplishing the goals of various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Take the lead on projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and further solidifying our reputation as a top employer in the industry.
Implement continuous improvement strategies in HR processes, policies, and practices, ensuring adaptability to evolving organizational needs and industry trends.
Provide coverage and administrative support for leave of absence and disability management programs, including short‑ and long‑term disability, WCB, and parental leaves.
What you bring:
Post-secondary degree in HR or business, along with a minimum five years’ directly related experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience in various human resources functions with emphasis on strategic HR partnership.
Experience working with and implementing business strategy.
Experience in employee relations.
A valid BC Driver’s License with a clean drivers abstract and ability to travel from time to time throughout BC.
Bonus Skills:
Previous management, labour relations and labour negotiations experience.
The salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 20%.
Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 on-site / 2 remote days). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
