Member Service Supervisor (Fernie B.C/ South-East B.C)

The Opportunity

 Position Overview

As the Supervisor of the Member Service Department in the Fernie Branch:

• You will manage the day-to-day operation of the member sales and service area
• You’ll supervise and provide daily direction to member sales and service staff to provide quality member relationship services, promote growth and to help members achieve and maintain their financial health.
• You will also recruit, orient and train team members.

Compensation:  We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package including but not limited to participation in extended benefits and pension programs, health and wellness programs, and a competitive vacation entitlement. 

Annual salary commensurate to education and experience.

Current annual salary range:  $63,789.00 - $79,736.00

Education and Experience:

• Completion of a one-year post- secondary certificate in business administration or operations management in a college or technical school environment.
• Candidates require a minimum of 5 years of related member service experience in a financial institution including at least 2 years in a Senior Member Service position. Our preferred candidate will also bring 1 year of experience in a first-line supervisory role.
