Join our Global Technology Governance & Control team!

Governance & Control (G&C) serves as the first line of defense within our Global Technology organization, focusing on managing non-financial risk. We work closely with leadership to shape risk culture, set strategies, and provide the necessary tools, insights, and expertise for confident, risk-aware decision-making. Our efforts support both Technology and Enterprise strategies as we continue to transform and grow.

Position Responsibilities:

As a Manager in Governance & Control, you will play a pivotal role in shaping risk management across the Global Technology Function. Your responsibilities will be dynamic, strategic, and aimed at the future. Here is an overview of your impact:

Build the Foundations: Help define the methodology and approach for risk and control activities, ensuring alignment with risk management standards and consistency in execution. Take ownership of procedures, lead training initiatives, maintain a roadmap for improvement opportunities, and monitor and report on program execution.

Spot the Signals: Develop and monitor key performance, control, and risk indicators, identify trends, and recommend improvements in risk management processes. Establish and execute action plans for continuous improvement.

Integrate AI in Risk Processes: Identify opportunities to leverage AI to streamline risk, control, and regulatory activities, enabling more efficient and intelligent operations. Participate in the Global Risk AI Forum, conducting evaluations of AI tools for governance and risk management, establishing requirements, conducting testing and preparing implementation plans.

Automate with Purpose: Seek out and prioritize opportunities to automate risk management processes, overseeing their development and implementation.

Stay Ahead of Regulations: Support regulatory initiatives by conducting impact assessments, horizon scanning, and control mapping. Measure and report on regulatory compliance, identify gaps, and drive remediation plans to completion.

Lead the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) Program: Direct the RCSA Community of Practice, establish guidance for RCSA execution, monitor and report on program delivery in line with the enterprise RCSA Methodology. Perform quality reviews on completed RCSAs. Work with leaders across Technology to identify opportunities to simplify and automate controls.

Data Quality: Monitor the quality of risk and control data in our GRC tool in alignment with the risk management data model. Identify gaps, communicate procedures for remediation and track progress to completion. Report on data quality, creating confidence in risk posture measurement for decision-making.

Keep Us on Track: Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting through scorecards, dashboards, trackers, and summaries. Maintain roadmaps and project plans highlighting progress against priorities aligned to the Technology and broader enterprise strategies

Be a Global Voice: Represent the team in global forums, leadership meetings, offsites, and conferences, sharing insights and helping to shape strategy.
