You're invited to make a difference as a full-time Investment Services Support Representative in our Kitchener Head Office.

The investment support team serves Kindred with centralized administration relating to registered and non-registered investments. This role is responsible for completing registered and non-registered transactions and providing internal support for Retail and Wealth partners relating to administration of registered/non-registered plans and deposit accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Following excellent service standards while providing specialized support for investment team members for processing registered and non-registered investments.
  • Builds own capabilities and completes cross training to support services across registered plans, including: RESP, RRSP, RRIF, RDSP, TFSA, FHSA, Investment Shares, Group RSP, and Locked Plans in a variety of jurisdictions.
  • Prepares, completes, or reviews forms and documentation relating to investment accounts / transactions using a high degree of knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Completes assigned regular reporting requirements within deadlines, for Kindred, fund dealers, regulators, CRA, or other partners, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

  • 3 years of related experience in financial services, including 1-2 years of administrative experience in registered and non-registered investments
  • Solid understanding of registered and non-registered plans and products
  • Strong keying skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of CRA and mutual fund dealer reporting requirements
  • MFDA license or BCO would be an asset
