- Advance quality engineering practices across initiatives (riskâbased testing, automation strategy enablement, nonâfunctional testing alignment, and release readiness)
- Ensure QA Engineers are engaged early to drive quality upstream (testability, acceptance criteria, nonâfunctional considerations, and defect prevention)
- Define and socialize standards, templates, tools, and playbooks that improve consistency and reduce rework—keeping practices lean and outcomeâfocused
- Where valuable, establish and sustain communities of practice for BA and QA disciplines
3) Delivery Enablement, Planning, Capacity & Governance

- Provide transparent delivery reporting and escalation on progress, impediments, risks, and dependencies; drive resolution of systemic blockers

- Represent Technology Delivery in planning and governance forums, ensuring decisions consider delivery impacts (capacity, risk, sequencing, and quality)
5) Talent Development & Capability Growth
- Recruit, develop, and retain delivery talent across BA, QA Engineering, and delivery partner roles
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership that strengthens craft excellence, team effectiveness, and leadership bench strength
- Establish clear career pathways and progression expectations aligned to Beem’s values and job architecture
- Foster inclusive, psychologically safe teams that continuously learn, improve, and share knowledge
