1 x Associate Manager, BCAA GO & Rewards Marketing - TFT - Please note that this is a contract till end of June 2026. There is a strong possibility for extensions and/or permanent conversions, but are subject to performance, operational needs, and will need to be interviewed for. This Full-Time position is 5 days a week, and is a hybrid position based out of our Burnaby, BC head office. Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.

We are currently hiring an Associate Manager, BCAA GO & Rewards Marketing based in our Head Office in Burnaby.

Are you passionate about Member engagement, loyalty marketing, and creating value-driven partnerships? As the Associate Manager, BCAA GO & Rewards Marketing, you’ll help lead the development and execution of initiatives that deliver on Member engagement, acquisition, and retention goals. In this role, you’ll focus on driving awareness and Member engagement in the Rewards program and mange key regional and national partnership. You will also work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and execute plans that drive membership acquisition and retention initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and execute CAA Rewards marketing initiatives and support the BCAA Member Rewards program.

  • Support Member acquisition and retention by developing and executing rewards partner campaigns.

  • Collaborate with external partners and CAA Clubs (including CAA National) to support national and regional rewards programs.

  • Manage partner approvals and maintain the Rewards promotional calendar.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure partner promotions are integrated across all communications, including print, email, social, and the BCAA Rewards Portal.

  • Analyze partner performance to support and drive campaigns and develop recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist with annual business planning, budget maintenance.

  • Scan competitive loyalty programs and CAA Club Rewards initiatives in order to identify new opportunities.

  • Help evolve the Member Rewards proposition to increase program engagement and perceived value.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with campaign planning and execution.

  • Experience working with customer experience and loyalty programs.

  • Relationship management experience with external partners and clients.

  • Demonstrated marketing project management and execution skills.

  • Business and budget planning support experience.

  • Analytical thinking and campaign performance planning abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this position is $66,515.04 to $83,143.80 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
