Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. Term position until July 3rd, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Review, sort, draft, proof and finalize clients deliverables and process e-returns
  • Prepare, review and modify general templates, letters and reports
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking of client deliverables
  • Track upcoming client year ends and monitor deadlines
  • Fax, photocopy and scan documents, as required
  • Assist in the creation and assembly of presentations
  • Conduct quality review (accuracy, completeness, appearance) of outgoing correspondence
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong prioritizing and follow-up skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and able to liaise with clients, staff and outside parties
  • Ability to prioritize urgent matters due to various timelines/deadlines
  • Perform other related administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Completion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related administrative/clerical experience
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous experience with Caseware, Caseview, and TaxCycle is considered an asset
