What You'll Be Doing
As a Product Owner within CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Client Data Services platform. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading the execution of the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the roadmap set by senior leadership. In this role, you will serve as the “Voice of the Customer,” championing client and stakeholder needs throughout the product lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and business value. As the primary expert on product capabilities, trends, and the competitive landscape, you will provide guidance and insights to stakeholders across the organization. You will also foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging feedback and analytics to refine product offerings and processes. You will define and articulate the product vision and strategy, translating organizational goals into actionable plans and leading the planning, prioritization, and delivery of product features and enhancements. Balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategic objectives, you will establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure product outcomes meet or exceed business targets.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
