What This Role Looks Like

You'll be speaking directly with families who are already eligible for benefits, helping them understand what's available and how it works. It's a remote role where your ability to connect with people and communicate clearly makes all the difference.

  • Host virtual meetings with clients to walk through their benefits
  • Keep everything organized and properly documented
  • Stay connected with clients over time, not just one conversation
  • Work with your team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Any experience working with people (customer service, admin, etc.) is a bonus
