Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As a Team Manager, Wealth Solutions, you will play a key leadership role by coaching and supporting a team of financial planning professionals to deliver high‑quality, values‑driven financial advice - including socially responsible investing options. You will drive business growth for Sustainable Wealth Management, cultivate exceptional member experiences, strengthen the capabilities of your team, and partner closely with the Regional Manager to advance strategic priorities. This role is ideal for a collaborative, relationship‑focused leader with strong financial expertise and a passion for member‑centric wealth management.

This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our assigned branches within Vancouver and surrounding areas, including the North Shore, Squamish, and Victoria. This role will report directly to the Regional Manager, Wealth Solutions and enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from your Lower Mainland–based home office and your assigned branches. Periodically, in-person events or activities will be required of you.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Supporting and executing sales strategies and tools that enable delivery of quality investment and financial advice incorporating sustainable solutions
  • Building business and financial planning acumen of Sustainable Wealth Management staff to elevate the member experience
  • Delivering targeted sales, net earnings, and referral objectives for the wealth solutions business line
  • Monitoring and managing service delivery, problem resolution, and adherence to service standards for member financial planning needs
  • Assisting the Regional Manager with developing and executing plans to achieve Sustainable Wealth Management financial objectives
  • Building the capability of direct reports through coaching, performance development, and agile leadership
  • Providing guidance and support for complaint resolution and handling escalated member issues
  • Traveling between assigned branches to meet, coach, and support planners

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Post-secondary degree in business administration or a related field
  • Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
  • 3–5 years of financial industry experience in areas such as investment banking, financial advisory, life insurance, wealth management, retail lending, or retail banking
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to analyze complex challenges, make sound decisions, and implement innovative business solutions

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience managing an IIROC or MFDA platform
  • Previous leadership experience in a multi-branch or distributed advisory environment
  • Additional training or certification in coaching or adult education

What You’ll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $86,400 to $101,600 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
