You will work closely with Partners and senior leadership to shape client relationships and drive business growth within the firm.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in steering the success of the private company practice. You’ll lead diverse client engagements, mentor and develop team members, and act as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives. This is more than a technical role — it's a leadership position with influence over firm direction, client strategy, and talent development.

Your deep knowledge of assurance, business advisory, and tax compliance will position you to add strategic value to our clients. You’ll also have a voice at the table in firm-wide initiatives, including practice management, innovation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex assurance, tax, and advisory engagements (reviews, compilations, and personal/corporate tax planning).
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on financial and operational matters.
• Drive engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for high-efficiency outcomes.
• Manage client relationships at the senior level, with a focus on retention and expansion of services.
• Collaborate with Partners on business development initiatives and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional firm services and deepen client relationships.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Associates to support their career growth and performance.
• Contribute to the enhancement of firm-wide systems, standards, and tools.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Attributes

• CPA designation with minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in public practice, including at least 3 years at the Manager level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and delivering advisory insights beyond compliance.
• Strong team leadership, talent development, and succession planning experience.
• Advanced communication skills - clear, persuasive, and client-focused.
• High degree of professional integrity, judgment, and discretion.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping private businesses thrive.
