Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Enterprise Transformation team. The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Enable Digital Transformation: delivering digital transformation projects that enhance member experience, streamline operations, and improve organizational efficiency.
• Bridge Business and Technology: By working closely with business users, developers, and project managers, the Senior Business Analyst ensures that business goals are clearly understood and effectively translated into system requirements. 
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements for digital initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse stakeholder groups to drive discovery and validation of requirements.
• Project Execution: Develop accurate estimates and plans for requirement delivery, continuously refining them for precision.
• Agile Leadership: Lead prioritization efforts and apply agile techniques to align business priorities with delivery timelines. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA® – IIBA, PMP® or CAPM® – PMI (for project work), Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe Agilist)
• 5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial sector.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. 
• Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our company’s assets and reputation
• Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions
• Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, Power BI)
