Role Focus:

- Selling Property & Casualty (Home/Auto/Commercial) and Life Insurance products
- Building long-term client relationships through needs-based selling
- Generating new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (P&C and/or Life)
- Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive, high-performance mindset

- OTL/RIBO and LLQP licenses an asset
Assets:

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
