- Degree/Diploma
- Industry experience selling top nutritional brands
- Sales management experience of at least 3-5 years
- Experience running a profitable sales team
- Conducting performance reviews, setting up targets, coaching and developing the sales team
- Strong leadership skills
- Research and analysing market trends
- Forecasting, and developing strategies for growing the product brand into the UK market
