KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with prospective clients across Canada through virtual consultations via Zoom

• Learn and apply Globe Life's proven Needs Analysis system to guide client conversations

• Present insurance products clearly and honestly, always putting the client's best interests first

• Complete insurance enrollment applications accurately and on time

• Follow up consistently with clients throughout the enrollment process

• Maintain organized client records in the company CRM system

• Participate fully in all training sessions, coaching calls, and team meetings

• Commit to continuous personal and professional growth through company-provided resources

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Life & Health Insurance License (or genuine willingness to obtain one — we walk you through

every step)

• No prior insurance or sales experience required — a strong desire to learn is all you need

• A self-starter attitude — someone who does not wait to be told what to do

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable to yourself and your team

• Warm, confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people

• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment

• Access to reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in any customer-facing role — retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, or community

service

• Comfort using digital tools such as Zoom, email, or basic CRM software

• A genuine interest in helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives
