We are a dynamic, energetic and fast-paced insurance brokerage looking for a Receptionist to join our team. You'll be the first contact point for many of our clients.

About the Job:
  • Answer and direct phone calls from our clients
  • Greet clients in person - this is where your Customer Service skills will shine!
  • Prepare / send / distribute mail
  • Maintain reception area, boardrooms, kitchen and other common areas
  • Order supplies and organize storage area


Requirements

  • Post secondary education would be a benefit but not a prerequisite
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience as in a receptionist role is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office, Outlook specifically
  • Professional attitude
  • Must have Cloud or VOIP phone system experience
  • Strong English, both spoken and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in office from 9 am -5 pm, Mon- Fri
