Crowe Soberman LLP is more than one of Canada’s premier independent chartered professional accounting Firms.  At our Firm, we help our clients make smart decisions that create lasting value, and we are currently looking for a proactive, self-starter to join our Facilities & Office Services team as a Receptionist. This individual is the first point of contact and helps to make a lasting impression. They are responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and organizational support to the Firm and our clients.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Positive and welcoming attitude for greeting clients in person
  • Managing incoming telephone calls to directing to the appropriate individuals as needed
  • Utilizing our internal systems including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to help direct client inquiries
  • Preparing packages and scheduling couriers for pick-ups / deliveries
  • Printing client packages for signature
  • Aiding clients as needed
  • Scanning and uploading documents to internal network

  • Handling conflicting priorities during high volume periods

  • Act as a liaison with building management
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in office administration or related field considered an asset
  • 1 - 2 years previous Reception experience preferred
  • Able to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to review information with great attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritizing and follow-up skills
  • Ability to cope in a deadline-driven environment
  • Available to work overtime as required
