We are currently recruiting a full time and part time Member Services Representative to join our Milverton branch.
Reporting to the Manager Member Services Team, this role requires a detailed and friendly service partner, who will serve and connect members with solutions that best fit their financial needs, enabling them to make peace with their money.
Key responsibilities:
Build relationships with members, asking good questions and listening to understand their needs
Deliver exemplary service to members in completing a variety of everyday financial transactions
Refer members to branch specialists for advice and solutions relating to credit and investments
Bring expertise in Kindred’s distinct offering of products and services to members’ attention to answer questions and provide solutions for future needs
Ensure members are equipped to access digital channels so they can bank with Kindred where, when and how they want
