What this role is all about:
Through strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated sales and service experience this position works closely with the branches and other areas of the organization by responding to a wide variety of incoming telephone, or alternate channel, requests by determining needs and providing information and solutions to meet member needs using efficient organization and time management skills. While processing member transactions you provide seamless service to members and resolve member issues and/or complaints with a timely resolution. You participate in marketing and other campaigns aimed at achieving targets in business retention and growth.
You understand and are able to explain credit products and services, including creditor insurance while making referrals as required. You adhere to safety, privacy and security policies and procedures to protect Credit Union interests. Ongoing learning is required to excel in delivering member service across a variety of channels.
This is a hybrid role - the successful incumbent will be required to go into a Hub nearest them two days per week.

Compensation
Annual salary range: $50,700 to $59,600
