You’ll be stepping into a well-established and high-quality client base across a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, technology, professional services, manufacturing, individuals, not-for-profits, and more. As a Manager, you’ll lead private enterprise engagements involving accounting, tax, and advisory work. You’ll work closely with all the Partners and contribute to a dynamic team culture where everyone—from Partners to staff—is on a first-name basis.

How you’ll make a difference

Lead and deliver high-quality engagements — from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met so that clients feel confident and supported

Coach, develop, and inspire junior team members — providing real-time feedback, reviewing work, supporting performance growth, and helping build the next generation of talent at DMCL

Strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor — managing communication and deadlines, identifying value-added opportunities, and guiding clients through complex accounting and tax matters to support their growth

Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies — supporting process enhancements, leveraging technology tools, and contributing to firm initiatives to elevate our client experience and internal culture

Who you are

• CPA-designated with at least 2 years of experience in a Manager role in public practice
• Strong technical skills in compilations, review engagements, corporate and personal tax, and year-end planning
• Experience reviewing complex files and delivering practical business advice
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring staff and contributing to team discussions
• Curious, adaptable, and proactive about professional growth and firm contributions
