Make an impact with our Finance team as a Manager, Financial Systems. This diverse team of professionals are committed to delivering firm-wide financial solutions with expertise and precision. Responsibilities

• Manage, support, maintain, and troubleshoot issues in existing and future business applications such as OneStream, Unit4 ERP (Agresso), and Concur
• Manage support incident requests via our Service Now ticketing system
• Manage, implement, and improve specific business processes in existing and future business applications including, but not limited to:
  • General Ledger
  • Account Payables
  • Account Receivables
  • Fixed Assets
  • Banking
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Reconciliation
• Manage access, data security, and system configuration for existing and future business applications
• Manage, develop, and automate business processes using Microsoft technical tools such as T-SQL, VB.Net, SSIS, and MDS
• Manage and author PowerBI RS reports for financial statements, finance operations, security, etc.
• Manage, develop, and support cube tabular model in SSAS
• Manage the full project life cycle from identifying the requirement to design, development, UAT, and deployment
• Build relationships across internal groups such as Finance, IT, Marketing, and Human Capital, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create system solutions
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industries
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work and business processes
• Conduct ad hoc system projects, as required

Skills and Experience

• Post Secondary education in Computer Science, or another related area
• T-SQL and VB.NET Developer Certifications, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience implementing, administering, and supporting recognizable ERP and CPM systems
• 10+ years of experience using Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, VB.Net, SSIS, or equivalent programming
• Exceptionally strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Effective at creatively problem solving 
• Any of the following would be considered an asset:
  • Experience in AI related areas such as OneStream SensibleAI, Concur Joule, Unit4 Ava, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience with Unit4 ERP (Agresso)
  • Experience working with Network and Microsoft Windows server environments
