The Manager, Digital Performance & Readiness leads application lifecycle management, quality assurance, and structured testing to ensure reliable and high-performing digital solutions. This role oversees Tier 2 support, manages application changes and communications, and ensures seamless transition from project delivery to production operations. Additionally, it supports CUBA (Credit Union Business Analyst) initiatives and contributes to vendor governance by providing performance insights. Working cross-functionally with business, product, technology, and vendor teams, the Manager plays a key role in advancing digital readiness and driving the organization’s digital transformation.

You would…

  • Establish and evolve a comprehensive digital performance framework across applications and channels.
  • Monitor adoption, performance metrics, and user experience indicators to assess effectiveness and value.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, providing clear recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead Quality Assurance practices and structured testing cycles for digital initiatives, enhancements, and managed applications.
  • Partner with project and product teams to strengthen test coverage, improve defect management, and enhance release quality.
  • Optimize application lifecycle strategies, including roadmap planning, ownership models, and budget oversight.
  • Lead change planning, governance, and communication for application updates and releases.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training resources are in place to support readiness.
  • Oversee Tier 2 support for managed digital applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of escalated issues.
  • Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, and operations to resolve complex incidents.
  • Lead engagement with user groups and SMEs to support application development, testing, and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and forums to enable knowledge sharing, feedback, and user-driven innovation.
  • Act as the organizational lead for Business Analyst activities within key partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment of business requirements.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Digital Performance & Readiness Specialists.

You have…

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in digital operations, process improvement, business analysis, or application management, including at least two to three years in a leadership role, preferably within a financial institution or complex enterprise environment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • A strong leader with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledgeable of digital performance metrics, user experience principles, structured testing methodologies, release management, and application lifecycle and change management practices.
  • An exceptional communicator and collaborator, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language, facilitate discussions, lead workshops, and engage diverse groups.
