We are a well-established, high-performing Desjardins agency in Hamilton seeking a Life Insurance-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You’ll Earn
- Base salary starting at $45,000–$55,000
- Uncapped commission on life insurance sales
- Realistic Year 1 earnings: $60,000–$100,000+

What You'll Do
- Meet with clients to assess life insurance and financial protection needs
- Present and recommend customized life insurance solutions
- Work with existing clients and inbound leads (no cold calling grind)
- Educate clients on long-term financial protection strategies
- Follow up consistently to close business and build relationships
- Cross-sell home and auto policies where appropriate

Requirements
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- LLQP licensed (or willing to obtain – we support training)

- Ability to manage follow-ups and client details effectively
- Reliable transportation and availability for occasional evenings
