Cloud, DevOps & Delivery Excellence

  • Leverage AWS cloud technologies to build scalable and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Work in Agile/Hybrid environments, improving estimation accuracy, delivery predictability, and sprint planning in partnership with the Product Owner.
  • Use CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and automation to improve quality and accelerate delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (including basic AI developer tools) and recommend adoption strategies.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, align priorities, and define solution outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor engineers, promoting a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Support talent development, coaching, and continuous improvement while championing diversity and inclusion.
  • Operate as a trusted technical advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

What You Bring

  • Strong proficiency in:
    • AWS cloud computing
    • Node.js
    • Microservices architecture
    • Technical and solution design
    • SDLC, TDD, QA/testing, troubleshooting
    • Systems and application integration
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex technical problems creatively.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience balancing Agile development with structured release cycles.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud security, cost management, and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace).

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of AI tools/models for developer acceleration.
  • Familiarity with application ownership responsibilities (resiliency, access control, currency, vulnerability management).
