We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Orchestration Specialist to join our Marketing Department. This role focuses on the architecture, preparation, and curation of data sources required for our earnings measurement framework as well as digital experience measurement reporting of Manulife’s overall public facing Storefront websites. This is cross-segment initiative which is part of the broader DCL (digital customer leader) dashboard. Data sources include but are not limited to Site Improve, Similar Web, Page Speed Insights, Decibel and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, including the ability to create custom API connections and ensure seamless data integration. This position will be instrumental in supporting our digital marketing efforts through precise data management and analytics.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist in the preparation of various data sources, ensuring data is curated and ready for analysis and reporting.

  • Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure the correct standardization, processes and controls for ingesting data are in place across multiple systems.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining a data architecture that supports the marketing department's needs for data accessibility and quality.

  • Monitor data quality and consistency, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to data ingestion and integration.

  • Work on any enhancements to the data infrastructure by ensuring that all key stakeholders are held accountable and delivering on requirements in a timely manner.

  • Quickly able to develop enough business insight to connect data sources across multiple diverse and complicated systems.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing data management and analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering or related field.

  • Strong technical skills, including experience with API connections and data integration.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, PowerBI, Domo, Tableau, etc.

  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R or Python) to manipulate data from large data sets.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the structure and processes of paid digital media and resulting performance and conversion data.

Salary range is expected to be between

$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
