We are seeking a confident, ambitious, and client -focused Client Services & Sales Consultant<\/b> to join our team in Mississauga, Canada<\/b>. The primary focus of this role is to manage Canadian client inquiries<\/b>, assist with company formation and compliance in Canada, and promote accounting, tax, and business advisory services<\/b> offered by our Canadian firm.
<\/p>

You will also support clients interested in establishing businesses in Dubai and other jurisdictions by coordinating with our Dubai operations team.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct consultation calls to assess client needs and recommend the right business setup structureΒ 
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide guidance on basic CRA compliance requirements (corporate taxes, GST/HST, payroll, etc.).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with our internal Canadian tax & accounting teams for onboarding and service delivery.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage cross -border service requests by working closely with our Dubai team when clients require UAE business setup solutions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow -ups, and client documentation.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Promote additional services including:
    <\/p>

    • Monthly accounting & bookkeeping
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Tax filing and compliance
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Business advisory & digital solutions
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

    • Support sales initiatives, networking activities, and key partnership opportunities in Canada.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ensure proper handover of clients to operations teams and maintain high -quality service throughout.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Generate periodic sales and pipeline reports for management.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Customer service, business setup, accounting firm or sales experience in Canada<\/b> is a strong advantage.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Excellent English communication skills β€” both written and verbal.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong confidence in client communication and consultative selling.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Knowledge or background in accounting/tax/CRM systems is an asset.
