We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is more than just a job—it’s a career opportunity where your work makes a difference. You’ll help customers protect the things that matter most through meaningful, value-based conversations. What You’ll Do:
- Build trusted relationships with customers over the phone, virtually, and in person
- Educate clients on insurance coverages, taking the time to understand their needs and tailor solutions
- Follow up with leads using our proven quote program to grow the customer base
- Provide support on billing, payments, and policy servicing
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve the customer experience
What Will Make You Successful:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference
- Confidence in using technology and office software
- Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (we can help!)
- Ability to work in-office and ideally live locally
