We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with 2 years experience.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Technology Platform Design and Management

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Gather requirements from team members and transferring into technical design requirements

  • Perform research, query data, review external documentation, interface, and standards to design solution

  • Provide support to technology and business resources during development to answer questions, resolve ambiguities or issues, and validate the solution

  • Communicate solution designs to both business and technical groups to provide a understanding and achieve agreement

  • Assess hardware and software needs and provide recommendations for improvements

  • Track the behaviour of systems to improve future versions of company systems and applications

  • Provide training and support to technology team

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a technical support or analysis role supporting custom-built or customized software applications or equivalent experiences (preferably in Payment System design or Enterprise Architecture)

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Experience working in collaboration with software developers/technical development professionals on a daily basis

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
