We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with 2 years experience.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Technology Platform Design and Management
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Gather requirements from team members and transferring into technical design requirements
Perform research, query data, review external documentation, interface, and standards to design solution
Provide support to technology and business resources during development to answer questions, resolve ambiguities or issues, and validate the solution
Communicate solution designs to both business and technical groups to provide a understanding and achieve agreement
Assess hardware and software needs and provide recommendations for improvements
Track the behaviour of systems to improve future versions of company systems and applications
Provide training and support to technology team
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a technical support or analysis role supporting custom-built or customized software applications or equivalent experiences (preferably in Payment System design or Enterprise Architecture)
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Experience working in collaboration with software developers/technical development professionals on a daily basis
Exceptional written and verbal communication
