What this role is all about:
The Branch Manager leads the retail branch team to deliver exceptional, member-centric experience aligned to Beem’s People First, Digital First strategy. They are accountable for achieving branch-level financial performance, operational excellence, member engagement, and regulatory compliance. This role acts as a cultural carrier and strategic executor, ensuring frontline teams are aligned to lifecycle advice delivery, digital adoption and long-term member relationship goals. This role is also responsible for the talent development across all levels, fostering a high performing, engaged performance driven culture.
What you’ll do:
Strategic and Operational Leadership
- Translate enterprise and regional goals into actionable branch strategies and performance plans.
- Directly accountable for execution of sales, service, and digital engagement objectives.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows, risk controls, and audit readiness.
- Drive integration of digital tools, self-serve, and member journey enhancements into daily practice.
- Collaborates with teams across the Growth Division to ensure consistency and alignment with branch, and business objectives.
- Oversee capacity planning and FTE deployment to align with traffic patterns, Lifecyle needs, and complexity.
Team Enablement & People Leadership
- Provide Leadership to branch team across foundational, milestone and advisory roles.
- Foster a culture of feedback, coaching, and development aligned with Beem values.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding and succession planning for all roles within branch.
- Ensure performance expectations are clearly communicated, measured, and supported with development plans.
Sales and Advice Execution
- Lead branch execution of goals-based advice across all branch-based member facing roles
- Ensure all teams are equipped to refer, collaborate, and close the loop across the member journey.
- Champion cross-role referrals and integrated service models that reduce silos and increase wallet share.
- Analyze sales and referral data, member feedback and opportunity indicators to drive results.
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth by leveraging advanced business acumen, applying strategic pricing frameworks, and consistently balancing growth opportunities with disciplined risk-return decision-making.
Member Experience & Relationship Management
- Champion a member-first culture by modeling exceptional service and resolving escalated concerns.
- Serve as final escalation point for complex or sensitive member issues.
- Champion member continuity throughout member journey across applicable branch roles to deepen member engagement.
- Represent Beem’s brand, values, and service standards for both self and team within and beyond branch walls.
- Embed feedback loops from frontline teams, journey data, and member complaints to continuously improve service delivery.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Adhere to internal controls, legal/regulatory standards and ethical sales practices.
- Lead the branch’s response to audits, compliance reviews, and operational incidents.
- Promote a strong culture of accountability, safety, and operational integrity through fiduciary responsibility.
- Community Engagement & Local Market Activation
- Act as the branch’s ambassador the local community.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand Beem’s local presence and impact through partnerships and events.
- Tailor outreach and business development strategies to the needs of the branch’s member base.
What you’ll bring:
- 7-9 years related experience.
- Post-secondary business degree or diploma.
- Successful completion of Financial Planning I and CUIC 210 plus additional related courses.
- Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of the above may be appropriate.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $92,000 to $120,000, with pay based on your skills and experience, and performance bonuses tied to shared goals
