We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to support product development, streamline operations, and contribute to strategic decision-making. You'll bring authenticity and collaboration, building strong connections with stakeholders and teammates.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing details while keeping the bigger picture in focus, and are eager to grow in product management, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
·      Manage and maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and release schedules.
·      Track project progress, report on key milestones, and ensure alignment with deadlines and deliverables.
·      Coordinate stakeholder communications, providing updates on product status and priorities.
·      Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and maintaining version control for product materials.
·      Support the Product Manager in defining product goals, gathering requirements, and developing detailed product specifications.
·      Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitor offerings, translating findings into actionable insights.
·      Assist in developing and prioritizing product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Including writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
·      Collaborate with development teams to ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and implemented effectively.
·      Participate in testing and quality assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring a seamless user experience.
·      Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, manage relationships, and ensure product solutions align with their needs.
Outcome-Driven Product Development:
·      Focus on outcome-driven product development, emphasizing value creation for both the customer and the business.
·      Engage in continuous discovery by validating product ideas through user feedback and iterative testing.
·      Ensure product decisions are based on evidence, avoiding feature-focused development without clear goals.
·      Collaborate with leadership to align product initiatives with strategic company objectives.
Process Improvement:
·      Proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in product processes and suggest solutions to enhance productivity.
·      Maintain and improve tools and templates to standardize workflows across product management and coordination functions.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
·      Act as a point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring clarity and consistency in communications across teams.
·      Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, summarizing product performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Working with AI Tools (as an Asset):
·      Leverage AI tools for data analysis, market research, and identifying patterns in customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making.
·      Assist in the exploration of AI-powered solutions to enhance product features and operational efficiency.
·      Collaborate with data teams to integrate insights from AI tools into the product development lifecycle.
What You’ll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or project coordination role, preferably in software or insurance technology.
·      A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Previous experience in product coordination or project management is highly desirable.
·      Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·      Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
·      Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic understanding of software development processes.
·      Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to inform decisions.
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.
