About the Role
The Associate, Internal Systems supports the day-to-day operations of their business line by managing assigned tasks and supporting inquiries from external departments, while driving efficiency and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data.
This is a remote role within Canada. We are open to candidates across the country, however you must work within our core business hours.
What to Expect in Your First 3 Months
First 30 Days:
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with teammates to foster collaboration and a supportive team culture.
- Develop a clear understanding of team objectives, the company's structure, and mission.
- Review training materials and resources related to our internal systems, processes, and workflows, and engage in role-specific training to establish a solid foundation for key responsibilities.
First 60 Days:
- Achieve a strong working knowledge of our internal systems, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core responsibilities, handling tasks efficiently and accurately with minimal guidance.
- Begin contributing to more complex tasks and projects, and participate in advanced training sessions to expand your expertise.
First 90 Days:
- Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and take on more complex projects with confidence and independence.
- Take ownership of specific tasks and processes within the business line, contribute to improving processes and solving problems, and achieve level 2 sign off on QA.
What You'll Do
- Maintains, updates, and manages data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation of requested changes
- Oversees JIRA inquiries, report requests, and other daily responsibilities
- Provides recommendations to support client changes, ensuring alignment with system capabilities
- Serves as a resource for external teams to troubleshoot and support on system-related challenges, escalating to IT when necessary
- Conducts regular data audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards
- Participates in system testing and validation during the rollout of new features and enhancements
- Actively contributes to team projects and department-wide initiatives
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency and enhance workflow effectiveness
- Adheres to all data integrity and security policies, ensuring the safe and compliant handling of sensitive information across all platforms
- Takes on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- 2+ years of experience working in a systems-based role with structured processes and tools required
- Previous experience working on an internal systems team is an asset
- Strong computer skills required
- Intermediate Excel proficiency required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team and other departments
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Compensation
At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000-$55,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass the comprehensive total rewards package that we proudly offer.
