We need you! We are currently looking for an administrative assistant for our Shared Services team. MNP is a leading accounting, tax, and consulting firm in Canada. The Shared Services team provides strategic support within MNP. They support partners, professionals, and assistants throughout Quebec. Their tasks include formatting and finalizing financial statements, letters, reports, and related communications, printing and transmitting tax returns, and archiving documents. The Shared Services team supports the firm's initiatives and ensures their smooth execution so that MNP can better serve its clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to professionals and assistants.
  • Format and finalize financial statements, letters, communications, special reports, etc.
  • Print, assemble, and transmit various documents.
  • Archive files.
  • Print, scan, and assemble documents.
  • Participate in developing new ideas and approaches to improve work procedures.
  • Occasionally replace the receptionist.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Hold a DEC in office technology, DEP in secretarial studies, or equivalent.
  • Be proficient in French and have a good knowledge of English.
  • Master the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Have the ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and a recognized ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Have a professional attitude.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks according to their relative importance and urgency.
  • Meet tight deadlines.
  • Be able to learn quickly and adapt to changing directives.
  • Be able to work under pressure and work overtime when the volume of requests justifies it.
  • Demonstrate great rigor in your work.
  • Show discretion, availability, autonomy, and initiative.
