The Position:

We are looking for Contractors or Summer Students to join our Technology Team at BrokerLink and work out of our Toronto, ON office on a FT Contractual basis from July – September.

What the Role Entails:

• Support the roll-out of Windows 11 and deployment of new laptops
• Collaborate and coordinate tasks with team members from IT
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and testing of Windows 11 systems
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ensure smooth transition of users to Windows 11 by addressing basic technical issues
• Contribute to additional projects as needed

The Successful candidate will have:

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
• Demonstrated leadership through school, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities
• Proficient in Windows 11, with strong familiarity in navigating system settings, troubleshooting, and supporting common applications
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to solving problems
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and sound decision-making
• Interest in or experience with modern technology and digital tools
• Flexible and adaptable to change, with a positive attitude toward new challenges
