About the Role
Weβre currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator who thrives on detail, accuracy, and collaborative problem-solving. If you enjoy working with numbers, ensuring financial data is clean and accurate, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input daily EFT deposits into the financial system.
- Follow up with clients to match payments to outstanding invoices.
- Maintain thorough records of all transactions.
- Process and upload invoices regularly from internal systems to the accounting platform.
- Manage invoice corrections, including deletions and credit note creation, as requested by administrative staff.
- Prepare and process credit notes in accordance with company policies.
- Write off small payment discrepancies within pre-approved thresholds.
- Perform monthly reconciliation between internal billing and accounting systems.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of accounts receivable balances across platforms.
- Review outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts as needed.
- Communicate with administrative staff to ensure collection notes are accurate and complete.
- Upload and post invoices from internal systems to the accounting platform.
- Identify and resolve any missing or incorrect data in coordination with administrative teams.
- Serve as the primary backup for the Accounting Technician, ensuring continuity during absences or peak periods.
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain consistent workflow.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the Finance department.
- Contribute to process improvements and uphold financial best practices.
