We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to fill a permanent full-time vacancy in our Mount Forest Branch.

Reporting to the Business Banking Regional Manager, in this role you will build relationships with members (agricultural, commercial, and organizational) to understand their needs, identify options, and create solutions so they can access business credit and banking services in a way that helps them achieve their financial goals.  Ongoing, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of members to help them grow their business long term and ensure they receive solutions suited to their needs at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build member relationships with a view to understanding needs and recommending solutions
  • Complete credit application and underwriting processes
  • Refer members to branch partners for related financial solutions
  • Monitor and manage risk by conducting annual reviews, managing arrears and overdrafts

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

  • Completion of a post-secondary program, preferably in Business or Agriculture
  • 2-4 years of account management or sales experience
  • Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements
  • Solid technical and analytical skills
  • Credit expertise is an asset, however extensive training is provided
